From the age of 4, my life has revolved around various types of physical activity. The moments in life where I enjoyed myself most came from the feeling of winning a tournament or being surrounded by my family and teammates at my sporting events. As the years passed and I grew older, I always knew that I wanted to be in a field of work that correlated to fitness.

When I chose to go for an undergraduate program, I decided on attending the University of Toronto for Kinesiology & Physical Education. This gave me the option to be able to branch out into multiple fields and really take in what exactly I want to do post-grad. I am now in my fourth year and could not have asked for a better experience as UofT allowed me to take courses in various fields showing the immense depth of what Kinesiology can offer.

I am glad to say that I will be working with Fit After 50 for my placement and will be here for the remainder of my fall and winter term.
