GLA:D™ Canada Program

GLA:D® is an eight-week exercise and educational program for people with symptoms of knee or hip osteoarthritis (OA). The program aims to reduce symptoms, including pain intensity, the use of joint-related painkillers and fewer individuals on sick leave.
Research from GLA:D® shows that participants report positive outcomes by increasing their level of physical activity 12 months after starting the program.
