Stacey Paniza, Bkin & CK(c)

Fitness Coach

My name is Stacey Paniza; I graduated from York University’s Kinesiology and Health Studies program with a minor in psychology. I have also completed a clinical kinesiology program at Sheridan College, which has given me the knowledge to prescribe exercise to any demographic group.

For most of my life, I have been an active athlete who has taken part in many athletics, competitively and recreationally. I have always had the motivation to participate in sports, not only for the physical benefits but also for the crucial psychological well-being they provide.

My goal with Fit After 50 is to positively impact its clients, guaranteeing physical well-being, providing confidence, and making them feel safe even after their exercise routines.
