Fitness Coach

Sport and physical activity have played a significant role in my life from a young age. Over the years, I have especially enjoyed playing volleyball and doing Tae Kwon Do.

Practicing sports has not only brought me mental and physical benefits but also given me a sense of community and the skills to work on a team. All these factors have given me a lifelong appreciation for the field of fitness and inspired me to attend the Kinesiology & Physical Education program at the University of Toronto for my undergraduate degree.

Now, in my third year of kinesiology studies, I am excited about the opportunity to work with the Fit After 50 team and use my experiences with sport and exercise to help optimize client health and quality of life.
