As we embark on our mission to empower older adults to lead healthier, more active lives, it’s essential for us to continually evaluate and enhance our approach. One of the most valuable sources of insight in this process comes from the individuals who work closely with us, bringing fresh perspectives, ideas, and enthusiasm. Today, we take a moment to reflect on the journey of Emilie Daroga, a dedicated student who has recently completed her placement with us.
Throughout her time with Fit After 50, Emilie has immersed herself in our ethos, culture, and mission. She’s been an integral part of our team, contributing her energy, passion, and knowledge to our collective efforts in promoting well-being among older adults. Now, as she bids farewell to her placement, we sit down with Emilie and ask her a few questions to delve deeper into her experiences, learnings, and the impact of her time with us.
