What Can You Expect from the Active Chair Class?

Our Active Chair ™ class uses a chair as the main exercise tool, making it ideal for those looking for low-impact exercise that still gets results. Here’s what the class includes:

  • Seated and Standing Exercises: We mix it up with periods of seated exercises and some standing movements to improve your mobility and muscle tone.
  • Variety of Equipment: In addition to the chair, participants use dumbbells, exercise bands, and balance pods to challenge and strengthen different muscle groups.
  • Small Class Size: With a maximum of 10 participants, you’ll get personalized attention from our expert instructors to ensure your safety and progress.

The Active Muscles Class is for over 50 people looking to build strength and improve mobility with low-impact exercises using equipment like dumbbells and exercise bands. In contrast, the Active Chair ™ class offers gentle, seated exercises ideal for those with mobility issues or chronic conditions, focusing on improving flexibility, muscle tone, and endurance with the support of a chair. Both classes help enhance fitness, but cater to different needs and abilities.
