Booking is easy! Simply call or text us at 647-854-4316, email us at info@fitafter50.ca, or fill out our convenient appointment form on the website. No doctor’s referral is required—just bring your commitment to improving your health!

We are open 5 days a week

We provide our services Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm, giving you flexibility to fit fitness into your busy schedule.

Your First Appointment

During your initial visit, we’ll get to know you better. We request that you complete a medical history questionnaire, lifestyle evaluation, and a Par Q form before we begin. Once we’ve reviewed your paperwork, we’ll talk about your fitness goals, review your medical conditions, and provide tailored exercise recommendations. Cancellation Policy

Life happens, but if you need to cancel, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a charge for the full session. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining this policy.
