No, we welcome clients with or without a referral

Some extended health care plans may cover kinesiology services, including treatments and assessments within the scope of kinesiology practice.
Additionally, you can use your Health Spending Account (HSA), which allows employees to cover medical expenses, including kinesiology. In Ontario, kinesiology services are also eligible for medical expense claims under the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA). For more details, visit the official CRA page. Personal training is geared towards fitness goals, but kinesiology uses a more comprehensive, evidence-based approach to address specific physical conditions and overall well-being.
We accept credit cards, cheques, e-transfers, and cash. Payment can be made per session or in packages. Some insurance plans also cover kinesiology services.
Absolutely! We encourage practicing exercises between sessions to accelerate progress. Your kinesiologist will guide safe exercises you can do at home.

General Policies

Rescheduling / Cancellations

To cancel or reschedule your session, we require 24-hour notice. If your kinesiologist or trainer cancels with less than 24 hours’ notice, you are entitled to a rescheduled session. Lateness

Sessions last 50 minutes. If you arrive late, the session time will be reduced accordingly. However, if your kinesiologist or trainer is late, you will still receive the full 50-minute session.

Session Expiration / Refunds

Unused sessions expire six months after purchase and are non-refundable. If you wish to cancel and request a refund for unused sessions, you must notify us within six months of purchase. Refunds are subject to a 25% administrative deduction.

Group Class

In case of unforeseen circumstances, illness, or other uncontrollable reasons preventing a group member from attending a session, the cancellation fee is $75. All rates are subject to change.

Loyalty

After one year of receiving our services, you may qualify as a loyal client and will enjoy exclusive rates for sessions and packages. If you go six months without receiving services, you will lose your loyal client status.
