Exercise Regularly: Exercise plays an important role in preventing and managing chronic diseases such as; coronary heart diseases, reduces the risk of developing diabetes, hypertension, and colon cancer. Physical activity enhances mental health, fosters healthy muscles, bones and joints and helps maintain function to preserve and extend independence in older adults.
3. Get Plenty of Sleep: sleeping 7-9 hours a day improve our learning and memory, keep the metabolism active and therefore, our body weight stable. Also helps us to keep a positive mood and prevent diseases by keeping our immune function strong.
4. Manage Your Stress: Managing our stress have a positive effect in our physical and emotional wellbeing. Helping us to have more energy, feeling relaxed and more positive about life.
