Rescheduling / Cancellations.

If you wish to cancel or reschedule your session you must give 24 hour’s notice.

If the session is cancelled within 24 hours, you will be charged for the entire session. If the Kinesiologist or trainer cancels a session with less than 24 hour’s notice, you will be entitled to that session.

Lateness.

The sessions are 60 minutes long. If you arrive late, this time will be reduced from your 60 minutes session. If the kinesiologist or trainer is late, you will get the full session.

Session Expiration / Refund.

The unused sessions will expire in 6 months from time of purchase, without refund. If you wish to cancel and get a refund for your unused sessions, you must give notice within next 6 months of your purchase. Please note that there will be a fee of 25% of the balance.

Group Class Protocols.

Loyalty Client.

You will become a loyalty client after one year of receiving our products and services. This condition means you could enjoy differential rates every year for your sessions and packages. The condition of loyalty client is lost after 6 month of not receiving any of our services or products.
